You may be tired of working for one employer, and looking to move on and sell a range of products on a sales commission basis; or you are simply coming to the latter stages of your sales career and looking to set yourself up as a self-employed sales agent until you can fully retire, or never retire and just keep on going. Either way we are very happy to hear from you!

With Air 8 Associates you are able to develop your own manufacturer base, selling your own non-competing products, just as long as you sell a few of our manufacturers’ portfolio products too. As part of the ‘Area franchise’ you would receive:

Advice – How to set yourself up properly and get going as a Self-Employed sales agent
Manufacturer Base – Access to our partners products and services as a preferred area agent (With their approvals)
Your Own Portfolio – You would be able to sell your own manufacturers product as long as they are non-conflicting. We would insist you to be proactive in selling complimentary products from the Air 8 Associates Portfolio.
Website – Access to our partner manufacturers technical information & resources
Website – Your contact details are added within your geographical area sales patch
Business cards – Air 8 Cards provided for you with your contact details & What products you currently sell
Business Email – Personal ‘Air 8 Associates’ email address and email banner/logo and your contact info e.g. Georgie@air8uk.net for clients to email you directly on
Commission structure – Set up in advance with each of the portfolio manufacturers and agreements in writing between you and them direct
Payments – Project sales commissions would be invoiced by you direct to each manufacturer, following their confirmed payment by the client. You are in control.

We make your introduction into our portfolio of manufacturers for you to find out if they are receptive to utilising a new agent in your area. If they accept and we move forward you get a signed individual sales agent agreement from them. You’re on your way!

You are free to deal with your non-competing manufacturer (If you already have one), and put forward our partner manufacturers to your clients. When you make sales you get paid the fixed commission rate directly, no waiting around for third parties for payment. When you get paid Air 8 Associates also get paid a very small percentage by our partners, just to cover our costs in supporting you.

We would see this as a fantastic opportunity to team up with a like-minded established HVAC sales agency, whilst having our backup for selling complementary products from an already established manufacturer portfolio. You will still being totally independent and self-employed in your own right.
